性质:在一定温度和压力下,体系(物系)温度每升高1℃所吸的热,称为该温度、压力下此体系的热容,用符号C表示。C值可正、可负,也可为零。一般情况下,升温过程不同,吸热数量不同,所以C值也不同。如果过程中体系维持压力一定,此时的热容为恒压热容,用Cp表示。若体系为1mol纯物质,就称摩尔恒压热容,单位是J/(K·mol)。
