主料:薄片牛肉100g、米线100g

配料:豆芽50g、清牛肉汤500g、薄荷叶数片

调料:滋采红花籽油10ml、盐5g、鸡精3g

制作过程:

1、将米线烫熟后备用,把豆芽焯水后备用;

2、锅上火,下入清牛肉汤、红花籽油,烧开后,放入薄牛肉片汆片刻,以盐、鸡精调味;

3、将米线、豆芽放入碗中,倒入清牛肉汤,放上薄牛肉片和薄荷叶即可。
