雪里蕻200克，一等老盐水1400克，食盐100克，红糖30克，白酒25克，干革命红辣椒50克，香料包（花椒、苹果、大料、姜片）用纱布包好。
≮美食做法≯
1、将雪里蕻去老茎黄叶洗净，在日光下晒至稍干发蔫，均匀地抹上盐，放入缸中，用石块压好，1天后取出，沥干涩水；
2、将上述各种调料，拌匀放入坛内，放雪里蕻及香料包，用竹夹卡住，盖中盖，添足坛沿水，泡两天即可食用。
