辐照腐蚀
radiation corrosion

fuzhoo fUShl辐照腐蚀(radiation corrosion)在辐照的环境中所发生的金属腐蚀。其特征为:(1)金属结构材料受中子、a粒子、电子和下射线等辐照后可导致强度、硬度提高,电阻增加,塑性下降,同时使钢中缺陷增加,组织结构发生变化,后者将会影响金属和合金的耐蚀性。(2)辐照可改变介质的成分,在脱气的电解液中或多或少要积累一些辐照分解产物HZ、H、OH、HZOZ等,它们将影响金属的自然腐蚀电位。对可钝化金属而言,辐照使腐蚀电位移到钝化区时,腐蚀将减少;而移向活性区和过钝化区时,均使腐蚀加速。对非钝化金属而言,辐照往往加速腐蚀。其次,辐照还可改变介质的pH值,从而影响金属的腐蚀行为,其中以铝合金最为明显。(3)在干燥空气中,辐照对铁、铜、低合金钢和锌的腐蚀几乎无影响,但随着空气相对湿度的增加(一般临界湿度为10%一30%),将大大加速辐照腐蚀。总之,辐照既影响金属的组织和性能,又促使介质的成分发生变化(辐解产物的生成),而且还会影响金属和介质界面的性质(金属表面膜结构和性能的改变),从而使辐照腐蚀显得较为复杂。 (吴幼林)
