In recent years,with the development of ship building in our country,the demand for ship plate steel is increasing remarkably.
为提高船板的质量和生产效率、减少轧制节奏周期、降低生产成本,本文将传统TMCP和高温控轧+快速冷却工艺相结合,以典型钢种高强船板钢EH36为例,对实验钢坯的控轧控冷工艺以及其对船板钢组织性能的影响进行了研究,完成的主要工作如下:(1)针对高温控轧的条件进行了双道次压缩试验,研究试验钢在热变形中的软化行为及双道次变形温度对软化率和奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响规律,解决船板钢高温控轧工艺制定的问题。
