性质:具有整齐成块的结构。它的构成是将丝网或薄板切成条状压出斜波纹(斜度为与水平边成30°或45°),然后将各条并排成盘状,相邻两条的波纹互相交错,如图所示(图暂缺)。将若干盘叠置塔内,即成为填料层。相邻的盘与盘中的波纹方向亦互相交错。规整填料层的通量及传质效率都比散装的个体填料层为高,一般只在需要平衡级数很多的塔内使用。
