作法:

1、土豆去皮、切小块,用热油炸过捞出;牛腩切小块,氽烫以去除血水,冲净备用;胡萝卜去皮、切小块。

2、将牛腩与八角、陈皮入、放入锅内,加水烧开,淋酒后改小火煮半小时,再放入胡萝卜和土豆块同烧,同时加入调味料1和3杯清水。

3、拣出八角和陈皮,汤汁以少许淀粉勾芡后盛出即可。

轻松一点:

1、牛腩最好用肋条或里脊边肉,以红烧为宜,由于质地较硬,一定要先煮软才加入其他配料。

2、如果希望肉面整齐好看,可将牛腩整块煮熟再切块;回锅再烧时,可用牛肉汤代替清水,切小块直接煮则不必
