和稀释剂的混合比例与各自的粘度，可以计算稀释原油的同温度条件下的粘度。其中最简便的经验公式是: 湘~脚eac式中a~hi(热/产G)，召H为稀释原油的计算粘度，产G为高粘原油的粘度，产二为稀释剂的粘度，。为用分数表示的稀释剂浓度。当娜/八(40时，计算值与实测值的误差在工程上可接受。 稀释法是解决管道输送高粘稠油或易凝含蜡原油工艺最简单和有效的方法。所以人们对稀释法研究较早、应用也比较广泛。如果一个油田，不同油区既生产高粘或易凝原油，又生产轻质低粘原油或凝析油，采用稀释法输送其效果和经济性都是十分理想的。例如，美国从库辛特到芝加哥的输油管道，直径为30Omm，全线长度1080km，输送的混合液中原油70%、天然气油10%、柴油9%、丁烷6%、丙烷5%。前苏联从古比雪夫到萨拉托夫的原油管道，输送曼盖斯拉克油田的含蜡原油。原油用罗马什金油田的轻质低粘原油稀释后，全线实现了不加热输送。中国克拉玛依油田至乌鲁木齐的原油管道，直径35omm，全长295km，将克拉玛依稠油与克柯亚、百口泉的低粘原油混合稀释后，再进行热处理，实现了首站一次加热，“一泵到底”的常温输送。 中国东部主要油田生产的多为易凝高粘原油，附近缺少轻质低粘原油或凝析油、轻质石油产品。如果从远方运来或建“拔头”装置(粗加工制取轻质半成品油)，将大大提高管输费用，所以限制了该方法的应用。由于稠油的开发逐渐增多，各国都在研究工艺简单、费用合理的从稠油中直接生产轻质低粘馏分作为稀释剂(又称原油改质)的方法，例如分子筛裂解、加氢裂解或脱蜡等工艺方法。(杨基广)稀释输送(diluted oiltranoportation)粘原油中加人稀释剂，以解决高粘原油管道输送种技术和方法。稀释剂又称稀释液。常用的稀释液质石油产品(汽油或柴油馏分)、轻质原油、气田池和液化石油气等。 高粘或易凝原油加人稀释剂后，混合物中的刁胶质和沥青质等大分子的相对浓度减小，饱和温降，蜡结晶的空间网络结构强度减弱，稀释原抽的和凝点降低，从而有效地改善了原油的流动性，达足管输对原油粘度和凝点的技术经济要求。根据高一轻析生沟是昆出卜下度满油蜡断外崎动
