  jiqiguan yali集气管压力(gas Pressure*n eo一leeting main) 指焦炉集气管煤气通向吸气管处的压力。是焦炉加热调节的压力指标之一。因为它下面的炭化室的压力是全炉各炭化室中最小的,所以集气管压力就根据确保该炭化室底部压力在结焦末期不低于SPa来确定。也可用浮力公式计算求得: 。一。。。,;{1 .28一___}n_ p集一5+9.so7H!一上二竺址一0.125】,Pa 11+二二;二l t一’273)式中H为炭化室底至集气管测压点的高度,m;t为操作走台附近的大气温度,℃;1.28和0.128分别为大气和炭化室内粗煤气的密度,kg/澎。由于浮力受大气温度影响,冬季集气管的压力比夏季要高些。集气管的压力要保持稳定,由安装在吸气管入口端的自动调节翻板来控制。 (李弘毅马秉瑞)
