连续式炉
藉助传送装置使工件连续地或脉动地通过炉内不同温度区段以完成加热过程的工业炉。连续式炉的特点是沿炉膛长度分段供热﹐设有预热﹑加热﹑均热﹑冷却等段﹐能合理地进行热量分配﹐有利於提高炉子的热量利用率和生產率﹔有助於减小工件截面温差和控制加热过程。连续式炉通常用於中﹑小型工件大批量和连续生產。机械工业中使用的连续式炉主要供金属锻压﹑金属热处理﹑粉末冶金﹑磨料烧结等加热用﹐也用於砂型和油漆乾燥等。表 常用的连续式炉 为常用的连续式炉。连续式炉还可按热交换情况分为﹕高温炉(以辐射传热为主)﹑中温炉(辐射加对流传热)和低温炉(以对流传热为主)3种。
