絮耀。足燕黑糯奈湘、*嚣瓢馨覆署默约2吨煤浆可代替1吨重油。高浓度(含煤70%左右)水煤浆不仅具有良好的流动性,而且具备像重油那样易于装、储、泵送、管道输送和雾化燃烧等特点。与煤的直接液化相比,水煤浆的制备工艺简单,成本低廉。它的燃烧比直接烧煤具有低污染的优点。水煤浆燃烧效率在95%以上,着火温度要比煤粉低100℃左右。呱、Nq排放量较燃煤要低。为制备含水量尽可能低的水煤浆,关键是获得最佳的煤粉粒度级配和添加剂,30%的含水量是目前能够达到的经济极限。 国外水煤浆技术已进人工业化和商业化阶段。并自20世纪即年代以来,重点转向超净化(灰分<2%,硫分<1%)水煤浆的制备技术研究。这种水煤浆有可能供燃气轮机和柴油机使用。中国水煤浆技术起步较晚,但制备工艺和嫩烧技术已步人国际先进行列。正在进行商业性示范。水煤浆技术是中国洁净煤技术的组成部分,有广阔的市场前景。 (陈丽芳)
