性质:分解危险指数是表示真空蒸馏(或蒸发)装置热稳定性的一个指标,用符号Dh表示。分解危险指数Dh的定义为:蒸馏时间与蒸馏压力乘积的对数。可用下式表示:Dh=lgp+lgθ。式中p为蒸馏时的压力,10-3托[Torr];θ为蒸馏时间,秒[s]。当p=1×10-3托,加热时间为1s时,该装置的分解危险指数Dh=0。当在常压下加热1h时(p=760托,θ=3600s),则Dh值约为9.4。各种不同形式的真空蒸馏装置或真空蒸发装置有各自的Dh值。例如离心式分子蒸馏器的Dh值为1~3,升膜式蒸发器的Dh值为7~8,强制循环式蒸发器的Dh值为8~9。而不同的被处理物质也各有其以分解危险指数Dh表示的热稳定性。例如维生素D的Dh值为1,甘油酯的Dh值为3。在已知这些数据之后,就可以为不同的物质选用合理的真空蒸馏或真空蒸发装置。
