性质:黄色粉末。溶于水、乙醇,微溶于乙醚、苯、丙酮。在浓硫酸中呈紫色,稀释后呈红色并产生沉淀。在羊毛上的牢度:日晒3~4,皂洗4,摩擦、干洗、熨烫牢度均佳,汗渍牢度较差。间氨基苯磺酸重氮化后与二苯胺偶合,再经盐析,过滤,干燥,粉碎而得。主要用于肥皂的着色,毛、丝织物的印染。也可染皮革、纸张。
