| 胜利油区 位于中国山东省东营市。1964年成立胜利油田指挥部，负责山东省内济阳等坳陷（中国油气资源最丰富的坳陷之一）的石油勘探开发工作。油藏类型多种多样，大部分储层为第三纪的砂岩，物性好，渗透率高，原油属石蜡基，原油物性中等，有一部分重质稠油。已开发的主要油田是胜坨、孤岛、东辛等油田。胜坨油田位于山东省垦利县境内，1964年6月发现，是一个由东、西两个高点组成的、被断层复杂化的背斜构造油田，是中国储层岩石物理性质最好的油田之一。但油层非均质性严重，原油物理性质的差异也较大。1965年注水开发以来，保持了旺盛的生产能力，1965年出现了中国第一口日产千吨的油井（坨11井），1975年后油田采油速度提高到2％以上，连续高速开采达5年之久。截至1991年底，共发现60个油田，投入开发的有49个，年产原油3300多万吨。1964～1991年，累计生产原油4.54亿吨，天然气234.5亿立方米。
