性质:在聚合物挤出加工时进行化学反应的过程。挤出装置不仅是个加工装置,而且被用作化学反应器。反应挤出中的化学反应是通过挤出机的混合作用实现的,主要发生在聚合物的熔体中,亦可在液相或固相中发生。反应主要包括接枝、交链、嵌段、交换、聚合、缩聚等。反应挤出装置主要是单螺杆和双螺杆挤出机。
