在α-Al2O3基体膜管上涂γ-Al2O3涂层制备γ-Al2O3陶瓷改性载体,并利用γ-Al2O3改性的陶瓷载体制备银含量分别为25%、50%和75%的Pd-Ag二元合金膜催化剂以及Pd-Ag-Pt、Pd-Ag-Au三元合金膜催化剂,通过SEM、XRD、SEM-EDS、BET等表征手段对改性载体和合金膜催化剂进行表征,在膜反应器中进行氢氧直接合成过氧化氢反应,考察了催化剂载体改性和合金膜改性对氢氧直接合成反应的影响规律。
