All-American Crude Pipeline
全美原油管道(All一AmericanCrudePipe-hne)世界上最大和最长的原油加热输送管道。全长27言。km，管径7 GZ~，采用APISI.x-60管子，壁厚7.议、8.73、9.邪和n.nom，设计输送能力4770。ms/d，最大输送能力可达71550m分d。一 自从1977年纵贯阿拉斯加原油管道投产和美国西海岸海上油田相继投产以后，美国西海岸地区原油过剩。为了将西海岸地区的原油输送到墨西哥湾沿岸得克萨斯城和休斯敦炼油中心，1987年建成全美原油管道。该管道起自加利福尼亚州拉斯弗洛雷斯，经亚利桑那州和新墨西哥州，止于得克萨斯州韦伯斯特，是按输送加利福尼亚海上油田和圣华金油田所产重质原油进行设计的。此外还输送加利福尼亚州和阿拉斯加的轻质原油。 全线共设置24座泵站。除位于亚利桑那州的5座泵站以燃气轮机为动力外，其余泵站均以电动机为动力。以电动机为动力的泵站设置3台(其中‘台备用)1865kw和1台1 49okw电动机。以燃气轮机为动力的泵站设置3台燃气轮机(其中1台备用)。废热予以回收，用于加热原油。 全线24座泵站中19座设置加热炉共35台，其中22台全部以天然气为燃料，平均加热能力14 .7MW，有11台加热炉部分利用燃气轮机的余热，每台加热能力13.6MW，另有7台加热炉全部利用废热，加热能力为3.SMw。 管道控制中心设置在得克萨斯州奥斯汀，所有泵站和所有线路截断阀均装有可编程序控制器，用以监视设备的运行状态，并对油泵、阀门和流量进行控制。控制中心备有管道检漏系统、动力优化、工程模拟系统和培训系统等软件。(战韵祥)
