青筋牵 青筋牵 古病名。发于春季的疫病。以病发于春季，责之于肝，肝主筋，其色青，其病则呈拘急牵引之状，故名。见《伤寒总病论》卷五。《三因极一病证方论·叙疫论》：“夫疫病者……若春时应暖，而清气折之，则责邪在肝，病曰青筋牵。”证见发热，腰痛，强急，脚缩不伸，胻中欲折，目中生花，或涩涩憎寒复热，颈中双筋牵，不能屈伸，项直，背强，眼赤黄，欲转动，合目回侧。治宜清解疫毒，用柴胡地黄汤、石膏竹叶汤等方。
