性质:染料在电场作用下发生氧化还原而导致其吸收波长变化称为电致变色现象,这样的染料称为电致变色染料。主要是二烷基和三烷基甲烷染料,N,N′-二烷基联吡啶等。一些含硫的π体系,如取代的噻咯(theion)[3,2-b]噻吩以及1,3-二硫杂环戊二烯的三联化合物(tridendralenes)和四联化合物也有电致变色现象。劳氏紫(Lauth’s violet或称硫堇thionine)、亚甲蓝和一些噁嗪染料、酞菁颜料均存在电致变色现象。可用于显示技术。
