性质: 是以微孔膜或超滤膜作支称层,在其表面覆盖以厚度仅为0.1~0.25μm的致密的均质膜作壁障层构成的分离膜。使得物质的透过量有很大的增加。复合膜的材料包括任何可能的材料结合,如在金属氧化物上覆以陶瓷膜或是在聚砜微孔膜上覆以芳香聚酰胺薄膜,其平板膜或卷式膜都要用非织造物增强以支撑微孔膜的耐压性,而中空纤维膜则不需要。制备方法分为四类:(1)层压法,首先制备很薄的致密均质膜,而后层压于微孔支撑膜上;(2)浸涂法,把聚合物溶液浸涂于微孔膜上,然后干燥而成,也可以把活性单体或预聚物溶液浸涂于微孔膜上,用热或辐射固化;(3)等离子体气相沉积法,用等离子辉光使微孔支撑膜的表面产生致密的均质膜;(4)界面聚合法,在微孔支撑膜表面上,用活性单体进行界面聚合。复合膜主要用于反渗透、气体分离、渗透蒸发等分离过程中。
