炉甘石 炉甘石 拼音名：Luganshi 英文名：GALAMINA 书页号：2000年版一部-182 本品为碳酸盐类矿物方解石族菱锌矿，主含碳酸锌(ZnCO3) 。采挖后，洗净，晒干， 除去杂石。
【性状】
本品为块状集合体，呈不规则的块状，灰白色或淡红色。表面粉性，无 光泽，凹凸不平，多孔，似蜂窝状。体轻，易碎。无臭，味微涩。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品粗粉1g，加稀盐酸10ml，即泡沸。将此气体通入氢氧化钙试 液中，即生成白色沉淀。 (2) 取本品粗粉1g，加稀盐酸10ml使溶解，滤过，滤液加亚铁氰化钾试液，即生成 白色沉淀，或杂有微量的蓝色沉淀。
【含量测定】
取本品粉末约0.1g，在105℃ 干燥1 小时，精密称定，置锥形瓶中 ，加稀盐酸10ml，振摇使锌盐溶解，加浓氨试液与氨－氯化铵缓冲液（pH10.0）各10ml ，摇匀，加磷酸氢二钠试液10ml，振摇，滤过。锥形瓶与残渣用氨－氯化铵缓冲液（pH 10.0）1 份与水 4份的混合液洗涤3次，每次10ml，合并洗液与滤液，加30％三乙醇胺 溶液15ml与铬黑Ｔ指示剂少量，用乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液(0.05mol/L) 滴定至溶液由 紫红色变为纯蓝色。每1ml 乙二胺四醋酸二钠滴定液(0.5mol/L)相当于4.069mg的氧化锌 （ZnO） 。 本品按干燥品计算，含氧化锌(ZnO) 不得少于40.0％。
【炮制】
炉甘石 除去杂质，打碎。 煅炉甘石 取净炉甘石，照明煅法（附录Ⅱ D）煅至红透，再照水飞法（附录Ⅱ D） 水飞，晒干。
【性味与归经】
甘，平。归胃经。
【功能与主治】
解毒明目退翳，收湿止痒敛疮。用于目赤肿痛，眼缘赤烂，翳膜 胬肉，溃疡不敛，脓水淋漓，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒。
【用法与用量】
外用适量。
【贮藏】
置干燥处。
