A series of hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber(HNBR) vulcanizates with low compression set and high mechanical properties were prepared based on HNBR(mass fraction of acrylonitrile 34%, hydrogenation degree 96%), 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)hexane as vulcanizator, triallylisocyanurate(TAIC)as cocuring agent, and adding different brands of carbon black, curing for 15 min at 180 ℃.
