  b iaomian qiPao表面气泡(skin hole)钢锭表面上一些开口的孔眼。是钢中气体析出于钢锭表皮而形成的;钢锭模壁潮湿,或使用的保护渣潮湿,在浇注时蒸发出气体,也会使钢锭形成表面气泡。它会使轧材出现深口、裂痕、甚至海绵面等缺陷。其防止措施主要是降低钢液气体含量,保持锭模和保护渣干操。 (汪建农)
