复合材料蠕变性能ereen be恤vior of eo娜。-sites在应力不变的条件下,复合材料变形随时间延续而增加的现象。蠕变会引起材料强度降低,甚至导致材料失效。因此,在工程上占有重要地位。复合材料蠕变与金属蠕变不同,具有各向异性和粘弹性,并在室温和低荷载下会出现。 复合材料蠕变可用蠕变应变与时间关系曲线(:一t曲线)描述。图中曲线A、B、C是3种典型的蠕变曲线。曲线A描述了蠕变过程的3个阶段:初始的高应变速率区域(第I阶段);等应变速率区域(第n阶段)和加速的应变速率区域(第m阶段),在时间ts以破坏告终。一般地,提高温度和增大应力将导致蠕变速率增加和达到妾俐均┌─────────┬─┐│. │ ││! │ ││1 │ ││! │ ││. │ │├─────────┼─┘│ n │ └─────────┘ 时间t〔小时)典型的蠕变曲线破坏时间的缩短。 复合材料的蠕变是由其组分材料—增强体与基体蠕变所确定,主要由基体蠕变控制。在室温条件下,除有机纤维外,增强体蠕变很小,甚至可忽略不计。可以从组分材料的蠕变,采用与时间有关的混合律计算复合材料的蠕变。(沈叔曾)
