性质:流体的摩擦冲击与腐蚀作用结合在一起对设备材料的破坏作用。设备材料的表面常受到氧化或其他的腐蚀作用,在外表面生成一层薄膜,对进一步受腐蚀起保护作用。但若受挟带有微粒的流体所冲刷,很快把外膜去掉,就加快了进一步的腐蚀作用。在流化床反应器中经常有强化学腐蚀的化合物存在,加以经受含固体颗粒的高速气体的冲擦,所以磨蚀严重。这是应考虑的一个重要问题。
