On the basis of the development of new production,this paper discusses the technics of blended yarns and semi-worsted spinning,in terms of the primary characteristics of three kinds of fibers,optimizing technological parameters of spinning and emphasizing the technic instruments to improve production quality.

For semi-worsted yarn composition of the complexity of the fiber spinning,knitting different stitch structure,selection of the four groups of the distribution of a typical semi-worsted yarns and knitting stitch,use the orthogonal testing method to judge the fiber content and knitting stitch influencing wearability of semi-worsted knit fabric.
