切法 切法 ①针刺辅助手法名。又名爪切。指针刺时以拇指指甲切压穴位，便于进针的方法。《针经指南》：“切者，凡欲下针，必先用大指甲左右于穴切之，令气血宣散，然后下针。”《针灸问对·十四法》：“凡欲下针之时，用两手大指甲与穴傍上下左右四围掐而动之，如刀切割之状。” ②推拿手法之一。即掐法。《肘后备急方·救卒客忤死方》：“心腹绞痛胀满，气冲心胸……令切鼻柱下也。”或指用手掌尺侧小鱼际肌处进行叩击。
