We investigated the levels of p73, DCC, nm23-H1, -H2 and E2A-PBX1 transcripts in 63 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell lines and 53 childhood patients with ALL using reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and quantitative RT-PCR analysis, and analyzed the association with the clinicopathological characteristics.
我们应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术、定量RT-PCR技术检测了63例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)细胞系和53例原发性儿童ALL患者的p73、DCC、nm23-H1、nm23-H2和E2A-PBX1融合基因mRNA表达改变情况,同时结合病人的临床病例资料进行了分析。
