蔗糖水溶血试验


检测补体敏感红细胞的一种试验。当血液 (内含补体)悬浮于等渗的10%蔗糖水溶液中而发生溶血现象时,为阳性反应。乃因低离子强度的蔗糖溶液在温育条件下,可促进补体成分和红细胞膜相结合,遂使补体敏感的红细胞的膜形成洞,蔗糖进入细胞而导致溶血。正常人体试验结果均为阴性。阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿、某些再生障碍性贫血、巨幼红细胞性贫血和自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人可呈阳性反应。
