性质:在电镀或化学镀溶液中加入非水溶性的固体微粒,并使其与主体金属共沉积在基材上的镀覆过程。此镀层称为复合镀层。常用的主体金属有镍、钴、铬、金、银、铜等。固体微粒主要有两类:一类是高硬度、高熔点、耐磨微粒;另一类是固体润滑剂微粒。前者有α氧化铝、γ氧化铝、二氧化锆、二氧化硅、二氧化钛、碳化硅、碳化钨、金刚石、硼化钛等,后者有石墨、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯、氟化石墨、氮化硼等。如镍-碳化硅复合镀层有抗高温氧化和耐磨能力,常用于电接点上;含氮化硼的复合镀层可在高温高真空环境下使用;用疏水的聚四氟乙烯或氟化石墨制备的复合镀层,用于压制塑料或橡胶零件的压模上,不涂脱模剂,零件也不粘连。
