性质:葡萄糖被人体吸收和利用的过程。消化系统中酶水解碳水化合物所产生的葡萄糖,直接被肠黏膜细胞吸收进入血液循环,形成血糖。血液流经各组织时,一部分被直接氧化作用,一部分被转变成组织糖元,其中以肌糖元为最多,它氧化放能提供肌内收缩做功。人体内的血糖浓度基本保持恒定,一般为每100ml血液中含葡萄糖160~180mg。当进食后,葡萄糖大量增加,超过血糖浓度的那部分葡萄糖就在肝脏内迅速转变成肝糖元贮存起来。当血糖浓度低于160mg/100ml时,肝糖元迅速分解成葡萄糖进入血液,维持血糖浓度。此外,葡萄糖也是大多数异养微生物都能利用的碳源和能源。因此,它还能作为原料,经生物合成生产许多化合物。其代谢途径随微生物种类和发酵条件不同而异。
