补充资料:分部萃取
      又称双溶剂萃取,利用两种互溶度很小的溶剂以实现液体混合物完善分离的萃取方法。通常从级联(或萃取塔)中部加入料液,从级联的两端分别加入两种溶剂(见图),使料液中的两种(或两组)组分,分别优先溶入一种溶剂中。与料液不甚互溶的溶剂称为萃取剂。萃取剂进口至料液进口间各级称为萃取段,其间进行一般的逆流萃取。与料液完全互溶的溶剂称为洗涤剂。洗涤剂进口至料液进口间各级称为洗涤段,实质上是难萃组分的反萃段。
  
  对性质相近的组分作萃取分离时,依靠分配系数的差别只能取得一定程度的分离。分部萃取用洗涤剂对萃取液作部分反萃取,让难萃组分优先进入洗涤剂中。洗涤虽然使萃取液浓度下降,但难萃组分下降得更多,从而提高了组分的分离程度。不论在湿法冶金或石油炼制行业,都采用分部萃取来提高产品的纯度。
