  ShiPin Bi(洲4ianTO仪列以粗Bicozhun《t品标签通用标准)( GB 7718一1州)(%26今已耐S翘舰勿滋forthe肠加111咭of声碗山)食品签是指销售包装食品容器上的文字、图形、符号或附于容器上的一切说明物,是反映食品特征的标识,起识别和确认食品的作用。一可指导消费者正确选购满意的食品,保护消费者利益;二可防止假冒,维护食品厂家的合法权益,利于公平的市场竞争。本标准是根据中国情况,非等效采用联合国粮农组织(FAo)/世界卫生组织(W月O)食品法典委员会(以C)《预包装食品标签通用标准》(O记ex 3anl一1卯1),于1987年制定,1望抖年修订的。它规定了制作食品标签的基本原则、标注内容和标注要求,适用于各种预包装食品。标注的内容有食品名称、配料表、净含量、生产日期、保质期、制造者的名称和地址、质量等级、执行的产品标准编号等。另外,还制定有两项专用的食品标签标准:《饮料酒标签标准》(GBro少抖一1989)和《特殊营养食品标签》(GB 13432一l卯2)。(李汝成)
