The ICP-AES method for simultaneously determined Ti,Al,Fe,Ni,Zn,Sn,Mn,Pb in copper-based solder was used instead of the chemical method,by which the above mentions elements were determined individually,through choosing the conditions of the ICP,the analytical lines for every element were determined.
用ICP-AES法同时测定了铜焊料中的钛、铝、铁、镍、锌、锡、锰、铅,替代以往化学法分别测定上述各元素,通过对ICP控制条件的选择,确定了各元素的测定谱线,用浓硝酸溶解铜,对上述元素进行测定,结果表明,该方法灵敏度高,准确度好,操作简便、快速,精密度RSD<1。
