延安好吃的东西很多：洋芋擦擦甘泉豆腐子长煎饼，最应该尝一尝的是羊腥汤。羊肉，羊杂加上作料熬的汤，原料做法简单的很。围着羊肚手巾的老乡蹲在一起，手里捧着冒着热气的羊汤，在四季平均气温只有9摄氏度的延安，这个冬天不太冷。
