劳淋

劳淋   病名。淋证之遇劳即发者。有肾劳、脾劳、心劳之分。《诸病源候论·淋病诸候》:“劳淋者,谓劳伤肾气,而生热成淋也。”其证小便淋沥不断,涩痛不甚,遇劳即发。有肾劳、脾劳、心劳之分。《医碥·淋》:“劳淋,劳则动火,热流膀胱所致。脾劳(劳倦所伤)补中益气合五苓。肾劳(色伤),阳虚肾气汤,阴虚知柏地黄汤。心劳(思虑所伤),清心莲子饮。”参见淋条。见于前列腺炎,前列腺肥大、慢性泌尿系感染等疾病。
