辅料：水发粉丝、香菜梗、紫甘蓝
调料：精盐、白糖、白醋、玫瑰露酒
做法：
1、将菠萝去皮、心洗净，用盐水泡20分钟，沥干切成粗丝，放入冰箱内镇凉，香菜梗、紫甘蓝洗净切丝待用；
2、坐锅点火，倒入水，待煮沸后将水发粉丝焯水后用凉开水过凉；
3、取一个小碗，放入白糖、盐、白醋、玫瑰露酒拌匀调成汁；
4、取一器皿，放入菠萝丝、紫甘蓝丝、粉丝和香菜丝，倒入刚才调好的汁拌匀即可。
特点：色泽明快，酸甜适口。
