!旧nqle xun一ng fuxuon剪切絮凝浮选(shear一floeeulation flotation) 利用对矿浆进行较强烈搅拌而产生的剪切力和捕收剂在矿粒表面吸附所产生的疏水键合力,使微细矿粒形成絮团,进行分离回收的浮选方法。剪切絮凝浮选是20世纪70年代后期出现的一项回收微细粒矿物的工艺。澳大利亚的沃伦(L .J.Warren)首先用剪切絮凝浮选在试验室研究回收一1。拼m白钨矿,在精矿的品位相近时,白钨矿回收率由常规浮选的30%提高到50%,浮选速度提高20倍。瑞典于克斯约贝里(YxsJ6berg)矿已在生产中采用剪切絮凝浮选回收白钨矿。该法是以矿粒的选择性疏水化为基础的疏水性团聚分选。剪切絮凝的目的在于增大欲选矿物的矿粒尺寸,使之有利于浮选回收。较强烈的搅拌和使用长烃链捕收剂是剪切絮凝的两个重要条件。较强烈的搅拌能提高矿浆流体剪切速度,增大矿粒的碰撞能;长烃链捕收剂在目的矿粒表面上吸附所产生的疏水键合力,能降低矿粒间的斥力能垒,使之足以被搅拌所提供的碰撞能所克服,导至絮凝而被浮出。未吸附捕收剂的脉石颗粒则仍处于亲水、分散状态留在矿浆中。影响剪切絮凝浮选的主要因素有欲选矿粒的尺寸和疏水性、捕收剂的种类、矿浆搅拌时间和速度等。 (石大新)
