x*tu!ingkUang fenjie稀土精矿分解(deeomposition。f:are earthconcentrate)用矿石分解剂破坏稀土精矿的结构，使稀土元素与主要伴生杂质能进行分离的过程。所用的矿石分解剂有酸、碱、氯气、碳酸钠。分解所得的稀土化合物产物经化学净化除去非稀土杂质后，制成混合稀上化合物，作为制取单一稀土化合物、稀土金属或稀土催化剂、稀土抛光粉、稀土益植剂等的原料。 工业上常用于生产稀土化合物的稀土精矿有独居石、氛碳饰矿、独居石与氟碳钵矿的混合型稀土矿(如中国的白云那博混合型稀土矿)和碑忆矿等。各种稀土矿的物理化学性质均存有差别，要根据矿石的性质和品位，以及产品方案、易于与分离单一稀土的流程衔接、有利于综合利用矿石中的有价组分、经济可行、便于三废治理和环境保护等方面来确定稀土精矿的分解方法。 稀土精矿的分解方法可概括为稀土精矿硫酸法分解、稀土精矿碱法分解和稀土精矿高温氛化法处理。中国特有的离子吸附型稀土矿，由于稀土品位低，可选性差，可采用渗滤浸取工艺提取稀土。白云鄂博混合型稀土矿精矿主要用硫酸高温焙烧法处理;工业生产中也曾采用碱法分解。磷忆矿的分解方法有硫酸法、氢氧化钠水溶液加压分解法和碱熔融法，现在以碱熔融法为主。早期处理独居石矿用硫酸法，目前主要用氢氧化钠水溶液分解法。 (曲德家)
