冰铜熔炼是在1150℃~1250℃的温度下,将硫化铜精矿和培烧矿进行熔炼,产出两种互不相溶的液相:冰铜和炉渣。冰铜送吹炼炉吹炼成粗铜。冰铜是熔炼过程中的重要产物之一,它是在熔炼过程中产出的重金属硫化物的共融体,是以cu2-fes系为主并溶解少量其他金属硫化物(如ni3s2\co3s2\pbs\zns等),氧化铁(feo,fe3o4),贵金属(au,ag),铂族金属,及微量脉石成分的多元素系混合物。一般冰铜的成分为:cu:30~73\fe:2~37\s:21~27\pb:0.14~2\zn:0.21~1。
