简易精神状态检查
Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE
简易精神状态检查(Min卜Mental StateExam，nation，MMSE)系福尔斯担(Fo!stein，M .F.，1975)编，为快速甄别老年人有无认知功能障碍的检查表。包括11个项目，分属于五个范畴:(l)定向(时间，空间)。(2)识记(二三个物体名称)。(3)注意和计算。(4)回忆(第3的识记内容)。(5)语言(失语检查)。最高得分为30分。根据编者报告(1975)，63位老年居民最少的一可得24分，)舌来(1978)又报告26例有脊髓和周围神经障碍而无大脑障碍的，无一人少于24分。晚近(1982)的报告，用得分O一23为标准来诊断智力衰退者，其符合率可达82%。美国南加州大学李眉曾对此作过修订，称3MSE。我国(洪炜、龚耀先)根据MMSE和3MSE按我国情况进行了修订，建立了长沙常模。 (龚雄先撰林传燕审)
