      化学式H2SiF6。为一种强酸。二水合氟硅酸为无色晶体,熔点约19°C。氟硅酸在水溶液中很稳定,氢氟酸的含量极微。13.3%浓度的溶液是共沸溶液,可以蒸馏而不改变溶液的浓度。在蒸气中,即使在室温下也有50%以上的氟硅酸分解为氢氟酸和四氟化硅。氟硅酸可由氢氟酸与四氟化硅化合而成:
  
  2HF+SiF4─→H2SiF6通常是将四氟化硅气体通入水内,滤去生成的硅酸凝胶而制得:
   3SiF4+4H2O─→2H2SiF6+H4SiO4氟硅酸可作杀菌剂。
