性质:植入体内用来容纳药物,以实现药物缓释或控制释放的多孔陶瓷管、微球或骨架。根据包埋方式不同,分为均相体系和非均相体系。材料多选用磷酸钙。均相体系,例如采用少量药物粉末(如消炎痛、万古霉素)与磷酸钙混合均匀后,用固化液(水)植入体内骨组织损缺部位,最终转化为羟基磷灰石,作为骨修复材料。非均相体系,例如将药物粉末(如巯嘌呤、阿司匹林等)压片后包埋在磷酸钙材料浆体中形成非均相的复合结构植入人体骨组织损缺部位。采用这类载体,有利于简化用药方式;降低毒副作用,在产生修复骨组织损缺作用的同时,还兼有治疗或消炎效果。
