性质:将陶瓷粉末压成具有一定形状和强度的非致密体或装入包套内的陶瓷粉料放入高压容器中,在高温和均衡压力的作用下进行烧结的一种工艺。其设备主要包括:高压容器,高压供气系统,加热系统,冷却系统,气体回收系统,安全系统等。通常以钼丝或钨丝为发热体,以氩、氦等惰性气体为压力传递介质。烧结温度可高达2700℃左右。压模是一种特制的薄层密封软模套,大都采用高温下具有良好塑性而又有足够强度的金属箔制成,如纯铁、软钢、不锈钢、镍、钛、钼、铂等,也可采用耐热玻璃。此法的主要缺点是设备复杂,价格昂贵。采用等静压烧结可制造高质量的陶瓷构件,其晶粒细、匀、晶界致密,各向同性、气孔率接近零、密度接近理论值,已用于介电材料、铁电材料、氮化硅,碳化硅及复合材料致密件等的生产中。
