性质: 一类非牛顿流体。以下两种流体均称幂律流体:(1)假塑性流体——在稳定的剪切流动下,流体黏性随剪切速度的增加而减少时的流体(如大多数聚合物,抗菌素溶液)。其特征为,n<1,式中τ为剪应力,为速度梯度;(2)胀塑性流体——在稳定剪切流动下,流体黏度随剪切速率增加而增加时的流体(如淀粉、蔗糖溶液等)。其特征为,n>1。
