生产计划
生产计划企业在计划期内应完成的产品生产任务和进度的预先安排。生产计划的任务是把企业生产同国家计划任务、用户定货合同所规定的生产任务密切结合起来，保持企业生产的均衡，保证各工序间的衔接，保证生产的正常进行，充分利用企业的生产能力，挖掘内部潜力，合理利用资源，取得最佳经济效益。在企业的生产计划中，具体规定计划期(年、季、月)内应当生产产品的品种、质量、数量、产值、出产期限和生产能力的利用程度等。它不仅规定了企业和企业内部各车间的生产任务和生产进度，还规定了企业和其他企业的生产协作任务。生产计划是以销售计划为主要依据来编制的。它对企业实现销售计划，提高生产能力的利用程度，起着保证和促进作用。编制生产计划必须满足以销定产、产销结合的原则。企业生产的产品在品种、规格、质量、数量、交货期等方面，都必须以满足市场需要为前提。一方面要按照国家下达的计划任务，与需货单位或商业部门签订供货合同或产销合同;一方面要调查、预测社会的需要，结合企业的生产设备、技术力量、原材料动力供应等因素，制定企业的生产计划。生产计划安排得是否正确，直接关系着企业再生产各方面计划能否顺利实现。企业发展计划中的其他计划指标的确定，必须与生产计划相衔接。制定生产计划，主要需做好以下工作:调查研究和预测产品需求量;收集整理有关信息资料;通过生产决策明确生产指标;安排生产进度;规定各车间生产任务;综合平衡，正式编制计划文件;落实措施，组织计划实施;考核和总结计划执行情况。企业生产计划要有严肃性，也要有灵活性。当需求不变时，应按照计划组织生产;如需求发生了变化，就应当按照需求修改计划。
