性质:又称作霍本-赫施反应(Houben-Hoesch reaction)或霍施酰基化反应(Hoesch acylation reaction)。酚或酚醚在氯化氢和氯化锌等路易斯酸存在下与腈反应,生成亚胺化合物,水解成酰基化产物。活性较高的杂环芳烃如吡咯,吲哚等也能发生反应,是合成这类化合物的重要方法。可看成是弗里德尔-克拉夫茨酰基化反应的特例。
