做法：
1.将盒豆腐凄然骼子粒；
2.西红柿、香菇切成粒；
3.坐锅点火将蛋黄炒散加入汤，下入配料及主料调味烧3分钟，勾芡即可。

提示：香菇的降血脂有效成分是水溶性物质，所以洗香菇应该短水快洗，泡发香菇的水宜留用
