区域经济理论体系 区域经济学是一门研究区域经济发展理论与方法的应用性经济学科，其基本任务在于揭示经济活动的空间组织规律， 区域之间的经济联系与相互制约关系，并制定区域经济政策，进行区域经济管理，以推动区域经济的发展、协调区域经济关系.也可以说， 其立足于区域经济的增长与发展，着眼于区域经济活动在结构、空间和组织上的最优化，着重于对区域经济问题的总体、综合和动态的研究，实现区域经济的可持续发展.要在复杂的区域经济系统中完成这些任务， 不仅在实际工作中需要多方面专业人员协同作战，而且在理论研究中也需要有多门学科理论的配合. 因此区域经济理论体系的构建必须吸收微观经济与宏观经济理论、人地关系理论、古典区位理论、地域生产综合体理论、生产力布局理论、社会再生产理论等传统理论的精华，借鉴当代系统科学、行为决策科学和管理科学理论的研究成果，以期形成以区域经济发展为核心的区域经济理论体系.按照这个要求， 区域经济学的理论与方法体系至少应包括以下四个层面1）哲学层面，即统领中国区域经济科学研究的思维的基本哲学理论：马克思主义哲学、邓小平理论、辩证法等.2）基础理论层面，即阐述区域经济活动规律的基础理论：包括微观宏观经济理论、人地关系理论、系统科学理论、行为决策科学理论和管理科学理论等.3）基本理论层面，即对区域经济发展和区域经济关系进行调节和优化的理论：包括经济地域分工与贸易理论、区域经济增长与发展理论、区域空间作用与结构理论、区域经济政策理论和区域经济管理理论等.4）方法论层面，即区域经济的计量化实证研究的基本方法，以及由此建立起的区域经济的计量模型和区域政策效应的测度等，包括描述统计、回归分析、数字分析、过程分析、系统分析、决策优化技术等方法应用于经济基础分析、区域投入产出分析、空间均衡模式等内容.
