嗽烧涂材爆炸喷涂层detonatio;1 eoati眼利用气体献爆炸能加热喷涂材料,并利用燃气高速冲击波将啧料喷向零件表面形成的涂层。 工艺和原理定量地‘将可燃气体(如乙炔、卜丙烷、氢气等,和氧气称空气输入枪膛内,再输入的涂料粉末,在火花塞点火的同时输入氮气,此时内发生爆炸,完成一个循环过程。爆炸循环的周2一8次/so氮气流的作用是在爆炸时保护阀门不响,并将枪膛内的残余燃气清理出去,为下一次爆准备。枪口与被涂零件之间的距离约为5一巧cm。 混合气体爆炸时形成高温和冲击波,由于枪膛闭状态,冲击波集中到非常小的面积上,使之进一强氧一乙炔的爆炸,冲击波的速度可达3000m/*从枪口喷出的气流速度实际上可达1200m/。。由流速度使粉末得到加速达800m/s。在爆炸的同时末被加热到很高温度,当动能转变为热能时,温度步提高,达到4000℃。这时粉末材料包括氧化铝(205了C)、碳化钨嘴卉2800℃)等高熔点化合物都于熔点以上的状态。在这种情况下,粉禾由原来的形变为扁平形,并以高速度喷涂在零艇,形成薄状结构嵌入零件表面。由于粉末材料i与基体产生显接作用、使之具有冶金及机械结合的特征,因此涂有很高的结合强度和低的孔隙率。 特性和应用爆炸喷涂工艺及涂层性能与其他涂相比有许多优点。以碳化钨涂层材料为例,与热喷较优良的等离子喷涂的工艺势数和涂层性能对比见 等离子喷涂与爆炸喷涂特性比较叙量膛为影作嗡越创戮煞料为封步加而气粉一点处圆层悍具 于笠容J一佑内版召石喷中。
